NEWS Tens of thousands of Greeks joined a second nationwide strike within three weeks on Thursday, moving to bring the country to a near standstill in a bid to show European Union leaders meeting in Brussels that new austerity cuts being demanded by Greece?s lenders would cripple society and further depress the economy. Twitter waded into potentially perilous territory on Thursday when it blocked users in Germany from access to the account of a neo-Nazi group. The move was the first time that Twitter acted on a policy known as ?country-withheld content,? announced in January, in which it will block an account at the request of a government.
